How much does overtime tracking cost?
Overtime is part of the daily entry, so you can record it on the free tier:

- After the trial: free time and overtime records for up to 5 active accounts.
- A larger team: a CORE plan from 119 PLN net/month, or a PRO or BUSINESS package.
Flagging overtime automatically through the work timer and QR codes is a paid module (39 PLN net/month on CORE) or part of a PRO/BUSINESS package. Manual entries, the calendar, and PDF/XLSX export work on the free tier. Annual billing: you pay for 10 months instead of 12.

Does overtime have to be recorded against a specific day?
Yes. Under Polish record-keeping rules, the time card covers overtime hours alongside the hours worked on that day, so a single monthly total does not show when the extra work took place.
Is overtime tracking free?
Yes. Overtime is entered together with working hours in the daily entry, which also works on the free tier for up to 5 active accounts. PDF and Excel exports are included on the free tier too.
Does the app keep entries consistent?
Yes. Overtime without work hours will not save, and marking an absence clears overtime for that day, so no contradictory entry is left in the records.
Can overtime be settled with time off instead of pay?
Choosing between a pay supplement and time off is an employer decision that depends on local law and the employee’s request. Planopia documents the hours and any days off granted in exchange, but it does not replace that decision.
Can I export an overtime summary?
Yes — monthly reports with hours and overtime export to PDF and Excel (XLSX), for example for payroll.
