Is Planopia free?
Yes. Every team starts with a 30-day full-product trial — all modules, no credit card required (within trial limits, including the AI Assistant). After the trial you can stay on a free time tracking plan for up to 5 active accounts, or upgrade to a paid plan with full access to leave, schedules, tasks, chats, reports, and the AI Assistant — according to your chosen plan.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create your account and test everything without a card — just an email address, and your team is ready in a few minutes.
What does Planopia include?
In one place you get work time tracking, leave and absences, work schedules, task boards, and team chats, and you can export data to PDF and Excel reports. An AI Assistant is also available within your plan limits.
Who is Planopia for?
For small and medium companies — from a few to a few hundred employees. You can add people with or without app access, and a manager or HR can keep timesheets and schedules on their behalf.
Does Planopia work on a phone?
Yes. It is a PWA — add it to your home screen and use it like a native app, with push notifications for important updates.
Can I export data to PDF or Excel?
Yes. You can generate time tracking, leave, and schedule reports in PDF and Excel — ready to share with accounting or the company owner.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use secure login, encrypted connections, and user roles that limit who can access data. Data is not sent to an external AI model automatically — the AI Assistant only runs when you choose to use it. Then only your question and selected, aggregated account summaries needed for the answer are shared (within your permissions). If you do not use AI, no data is sent to the model. AI Assistant chat history is stored locally in your browser on your device — we do not save the full conversation in our database.
